Where are Brick House Maduro cigars manufactured?
Brick House Maduro cigars are manufactured exclusively at the state-of-the-art Puros de Esteli Nicaragua, SA Cigar Factory, known as “PENSA” in the heart of the famed cigar region of Esteli, Nicaragua. PENSA was opened in 2011, conceived as the new base of Nicaraguan operations for the J.C. Newman Cigar Company. Eric and Bobby Newman, who are the third generation of the legendary cigar maker planned for the factory to be the home of all manufacturing of the company’s Nicaraguan brands.
Since it’s opening, the factory has expanded to now house over 800 cigar rollers now producing 100,000+ premium cigars each and every day, making PENSA Nicaragua’s second largest cigar factory.
PENSA is now the home of other J.C. Newman brands such as El Baton, Quorum, La Perla del Mar, and multiple brands for other cigar companies, produced under contract. At PENSA operations are managed by GMs Omar Ortez and Lazaro Lopez, cigar men who have overseen the facility and set the bar high for quality and efficiency.
