What is Humidified Shipping?
In order to ensure that you receive your cigars in perfect condition, we include a Boveda Humidity Packet in every shipping carton. These packets are set to hold the humidity at a constant 72% Rh. This is a free service we provide to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with their cigars.
Delivery Times
Orders will be shipped via International Priority Airmail.
Approximate transit times:
4-5 Days for most of Europe
8-12 Days for Asia, Pacific Rim
7-10 Days for North America.
Out of Stock Items:
We do our best to maintain the up-to-date inventory on our website. Should your cigars not be in stock after you place an order, we will contact and inform you. You can then either replace, wait, or remove the box from your order.
