Kentucky Fire Cured Just a Friend is produced by Drew Estate, a cigar maker with a reputation for pushing the boundaries of traditional cigar-making, and the Kentucky Fire Cured is no exception.  This solid 6 x 52 cigar is medium-bodied and features a dark, oily Mexican San Andrés wrapper, with a Nicaraguan binder and a filler blend of Nicaraguan and American (Kentucky and Virginia) fire-cured tobaccos. The fire-cured tobacco imparts a distinct smoky, barbecue-like flavor, complemented by notes of hickory, oak, and sweet spices.

Crafted at the La Gran Fabrica Drew Estate in Estelí, Nicaragua, the same factory that produces renowned cigars like the Liga Privada series, the Kentucky Fire Cured Just a Friend boasts excellent construction, with a smooth draw and thick, aromatic smoke. The mastermind behind this blend is Willy Herrera, Drew Estate’s master blender, who has a knack for blending unconventional flavors with classic techniques.

A fine pairing for the Kentucky Fire Cured would be a smoky whiskey or a robust stout beer, enhancing the earthy, smoky notes throughout the smoking experience.
