The <i>Rocky Patel Edge Torpedo Maduro</i> is a great cigar lots of flavor, but a little too full-bodied for me. These cigars burn for a long time, lots of smoke and earthy tones.

A fabulously complex and refreshingly different smoke from one of the hardest workers in the industry… full marks to RP for providing a product that befits it’s name – The Edge. Full marks for providing an excitingly new, different, yet totally sublime smoking experience in what has become – for my money – a pretty predictable market.
UpOn my first visit (tonight) I got what can only describe as smokey, sweet chilli notes before a stronger and more complex peppery finish than almost any premium Habano…
I fear The Edge is – like most truly great things – ahead of it’s time. It is – however and nevertheless – truly great and innovative. Don’t take my word for it… try one. You will – at the very least – get a sense of what I am talking about… and at the very least enjoy a pleasant change.
