The cap isn’t really a cap….it was part of the binder – so when you cut the end it would unravel right away. I had to crazy glue each cigar I cut. I started punching them. All 20 cigars were rolled consistently – and smoked well. Flavor was good. It’s short filler so a little messy if not constantly ashing.
